Hello, I'm Amparo!

I've been living on my family farm since childhood, and I left it only when I had to study in the city of Valencia. Then I started to travel all around the country. After that, I started to teach young people Spanish and Catalan grammar and finally I returned to my home town because I realized that what really fascinates me is being in touch with nature. From my ancestors I learned many things that I don’t want to lose and that’s why I love being able to convey all this knowledge to anyone interested in.

I love growing my own fruits and vegetables and cook them in order to enjoy a great meal with a good company. In my spare time, I like to sew and embroider, but also knit and crochet and I make my own soaps (Castile Soap) with extra virgin olive oil (in cold process), as used to be done in the past.
