This tour is made for people who spend a few days in Paris and want to see the best of Latin quarter. In 2 hours, I'll show you the most important sights of the district: the charming rue Mouffetard, full of antique signs, the scrumptious Mosquée of Paris, the gorgeous parks Jardin des plantes and Luxembourg, and so on.... The tour stops in the lively Odéon hood.

We'll finish the tour at a café or if you still have some energy we'll keep walking till one of my favorite places in Paris: the splendid flower market.

I’m a French native girl, and I love my city. I’ve always lived in Paris. I'm a street art lover, a street food addict, and a coffee drinker so if you visit the city with me, brace yourself for experiencing them! I'm very fond of North and South American cultures, I would love to live in LA or Salvador de Bahia. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese Brazilian fluently and I'm always happy to practice these languages with the visitors. I'm also very curious and I'm always aware of the lastest trends in Paris, when it comes to restaurants, shops, events, festivals and so on...I'll be glad to give you some tips about Paris, to make your experience very authentic. I work as a teacher but I also run my own food business: I cater Brazilian street food on a stall. My brand's name is VIBE-FEEL GOOD FOOD. You can follow me on Instagram: @thefrozenparisian. My other and I were recently in Paris, and spent quite a few hours with the very enthusiastic Elza, touring the Latin Area. She had some great insights us our guide, as she used to live in the Latin Quarter during her younger years. She was funny, personable, informative, and full of energy, and made both my mother and I feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend Elza to anyone traveling to Paris in the near future!

I absolutely loved this tour! I experienced Paris in a completely different way than I ever had. Having been to Paris many times before did not matter because for the first time I saw Paris through a local's eyes. I discovered hidden little gems of the city and I can not wait to return to the places we had breakfast and lunch at! Elsa is also a very bubbly person with lots of positive vibes. She is a joy to be around and really easy to talk to. I recommend this unique tour if you want to understand why Paris is such a charming place to its locals. ;)

Paris friendly indeed! Just took this tour and wanted to thank Elsa for a lovely day! For this one day, you will wake up, have breakfast at the little Mouffetard square and won't be a stranger in Paris. You will experience how the Parisians never miss an opportunity to live bohemian life, starting from the very morning. Having breakfast next to the place where local players, singers and dancers enjoy the traditional sound of the "accordéon", is something you should have on the "must see" list. One of the next steps is Jardin de Luxembourg. To really understand the importance of this park, you have to listen Joe Dassin's song with the same title before... 6th district is the heart of the French “brain inheritance”, with the Pantheon and Sorbonne University. You will enjoy this charming promenade trough Quartier Latin, seen through the eyes of Elsa and her amazing energy and effort to make her city closer to your heart. Thanks Elsa! Danijela
