I was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic. And actually never been out of Prague longer than 1 month! It means I know the city pretty well, especially from the point of view of an enthusiastic runner. In leisure-time I occasionally favor ultramarathon mountain races, but much more commonly I go in for casual running of 5 or 10 k, sometimes also grabbing my rucksack in the early mornings and commuting on foot to my main workplace (see, a trendy means of transport nowadays in Prague).
My business trips took me to quite a lot of the cities all around the world where I did my best to hit the road and in that individual way keep on with my workouts and at the same time get at least a glimpse of what those unfamiliar places were all about.
