Hello! I consider myself super lucky, as I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world - where cycling, scenery and good food and wine converge. Over the last five years I have peddled Sonoma's back roads (and main roads) for pleasure and fitness, and have seen so many places that I didn't even realize existed in this amazing county. Now I want to share these experiences with cyclists who aren't familiar with our beautiful, scenic and often challenging county.

I love food, wine, nature and exercise - and I love to share my knowledge with people who visit this county. I am not a pro cyclist, nor am I a super fast paced rider, however, if you are, I can pair with you with good friends who can give you that experience.
