Hi! We are Boaz and Tamar.
Our love in life is food and cooking and our business is a cute little kitchen on the bustling street of Sheinkin in Tel Aviv.
In our kitchen (called Mitbachi, which literally means "my kitchen"), we host cooking classes, pop-up dinners and market tours in the nearby, and infamous, Carmel Market.

Boaz, a chef and former tour guide, starts the tours off in the market with an authentic and tasty experience that only a seasoned market-goer knows how to find. After going through the market and picking out the best ingredients, you head up to our kitchen and have an intimate cooking class, learning how to put those ingredients to use and enjoying a chef meal in true Israeli style.
