The "morning walk with view" tour was great. I saw fantastic views of the city, was shown a hidden gem of a park (Kite Hill Open Space), and got some exercise. The guide was knowledgeable and informative. She gave me a real feel for the neighborhoods, and was great company.
The whirlwind introduction was great. I saw fantastic views of the city (and beyond) from twin peaks, explored the fascinating Sutro Baths ruin, and got an insider's view of the mission and Hayes Valley and the Mission. The guide was knowledgeable, informative and generous with her time.

Steve is open-minded, inquisitive, and interesting. He took my Whirlwind Introduction to SF tour while he was in town for a conference. Talk to him about coffee, genetics (he's a professor at the University of Maryland), and indigenous cultures in the Amazon (his wife is an anthropologist).
