I highly recommend this tour to tourists and local ex-pats alike. Even after having lived in France for over a year, I learned so many new things about French food from this tour. Jesica is a real foodie and imparts her knowledge with fun and flare. She will take you to all the good local spots near the Bastille (ones safely hidden from tourists!) and teach you how to order coffee, find a good baguette, get the right cut of meat, you name it. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed some pastries at a local shop along with all the goodies we picked out at the market and a fantastic red from Le Baron Rouge. It was delicious! I would suggest doing this tour at the beginning of your trip if possible, because Jesica gives you some great tips on ordering along with an ordering guide, which I kept in my purse our whole vacation.
