This was a fun evening! Being able to prepare our own appetizers, paella and dessert made it even more enjoyable than just having paella in a restaurant. We learned loads of new tricks and the chef was able to work with all levels of ability in the kitchen. We learnt some new culinary skills and had a really fun evening, meeting new people and trying new dishes. And the wine was delicious ;-)

I took the tour and class with my 12 years old daughter. We enjoyed every minute. Chef xavier was funny, Friendly patient and professional. We learned tips for Cooking in general and catalan cuisine in particular. It was one of our great experiences. Highly recommended!!!!!! Ayelet
