Take a walking tour in the Dolomites foothills and collect edible wild herbs with a skilled herbalist. Then enjoy taking a cooking class with a chef in a 19th century farm. You will cook a main course using the herbs you collected, seasonal products of the farm and freshly picked up vegetables. Come and taste a typical Italian meal consisting of a starter, your own made main dish and a dessert. I left a job in the city center to follow my passions: mountains, nature, natural farming, beekeeping, photography, cooking. So, Now I'am in Confos-Belluno....where in 2011 I and with my friend Michele (and his two little dog) opened a small farm with the possibility of staying in an old stone house renovated with green building techniques. We do not want to be a simple B & B but a space where guests can learn a territory and its culture through the vegetable garden, the trails through meadows and woods, and the legends of the place.
