We believe that food presents a window to a culture, and preserving culinary heritage is about encouraging and promoting understanding. Our aim is to be a healthily sustainable business so that we may use our resources towards Asian culinary heritage research projects and to contribute to social causes in education, empowerment, public health and the environment. We use the vehicle of food tours and events to reach our aim, and on the way, strive to promote geotourism and destination stewardship.
