For those looking to escape the daily grind, restore their spirit and journey deep into themselves, there is no better way to do it than through healing.
This trip is about personal empowerment. I will guide you through a 2 week deep tissue physical detoxing adventure with optional 3rd week spiritual shamonic journey through the Native American Medicine Wheel. Learn to uncover your truth of who you are, why you are here, where you're going, and how to live your life with purpose. Many travel to distant places to experience other peoples cultures, but few journey within themselves while doing so. This is a rare and unique opportunity to enlighten your self to the truth of the universe that lives in side you and to connect to the essence of where you are on the earth at that time.
This trip can be modified to your desires and needs. We will travel with all the nutrition you need to give you the energy to explore the region you are in, but at the same time give your body the time it needs to release unwanted toxins that are causing discomfort on many levels physically and emotionally.
For the past 15 years I have traveled the world studying with Masters and Elders and finds the magic in sharing what has been shared with me. Today as an advocate for wellness through nutrition I am also a physical trainer utilizing my years of study in martial arts, meditation and life force energy. My mission is to help others reach their fullest potential by empowerment in all aspects of life. I have developed a transformational program facilitating his clients through detox with super foods and healing of the body, mind and soul. I have helped to transform people’s lives across the globe and has a strong client base in London, Mexico, Shanghai, California, New York, and Las Vegas.

Volunteers travel individually (or with friends) to Puerto Vallarta Mexico, and are transported to Bucerias where the group will be staying in the guesthouse. The week consists of volunteering, adventure activities, and plenty of time to relax, shop, and get to know the local area. Exact schedule depends on number of volunteers and local need at the time. Therefore, exact schedule will be distributed to all registered volunteers two weeks before departure.
As a volunteer you may:

• Participate as a part of a beach clean-up team

• Assist in a travelling spay and neuter clinic for cats and dogs
If you have a skill that you would like to teach, we may be able to arrange for you to teach these two local youth or women’s groups. Examples of skills include:

• Yoga, dance or sport
• Music
• Other ideas you want to approach us with
