Presidio Wild Blackberry Hunt

Presidio, a spectacular wilderness within a spectacular city, is a place most San Franciscans barely know much about. It's massive, mystic, wild, foggy. It's bigger than golden gate park! It has its own treasure: wild blackberry: and we will hunt and taste it on small scale. We will be walking, jogging in the summer fog, learn the history, admire the views, occasionally taste wild blackberry and let yourself thoroughly emerse in this wonderland, who knows, u may even see wild coyote.

Forts scott, aka the post within the post, is our starting point. It's so close to golden gate bridge's north gate it's almost at your fingertip, it's so mystic it's almost always half hidden inside of the pacific's fog, which nurtures the wild life, including wild blackberry! On this trip, I will take you to the heart and soul of real San Francisco, the escaped, the romantic, the wild, the bold, the good, the historic, the story, and taste what lands end brings!
