Under the expert tutelage of an ex-National Geographic editor / professional photographer this is a perfect opportunity to help you improve your photography in a short time.
One of the many aspects of Istanbul that make it a popular destination for photographers is its incredible diversity. Depending on the day of the week you may find yourself accompanying your guide as you experience the open air markets including junk markets, bird market etc., enter small workshops located inside Middle Age caravanserais or drink tea with locals. You may be lucky enough to join a local wedding, circumcision ceremony whilst discovering some of the most ethnically diverse and colorful areas of Istanbul.
During your experience, you will learn how to approach people to take their photographs with your instructor on-hand to provide immediate assistance and advice. You will have plenty of time to discuss composition, equipment and approach with your multi-lingual guide.
Since this experience is not exactly for beginners, at least you are expected to know how to use your camera. However, a two hour crash course on photography before the tour is possible with an extra fee.
If you'd like to take your photography and communication skills to the next step this is a great opportunity to learn about the city, country and its people side by side with an experienced pro photographer.
We are offering several different itineraries depending on the day of the week and interests of the client, the tour is fully customizable according to the interests and level of the clients.
PS: This tour adheres to the strict cancellation policy, minimum 2 participants needed for the tour. If you book for 1 and we can't get at least one more booking for the same day, you'll be offered a 2,5 hours private photo tour instead OR the tour will be canceled.
