The booking is set to activate with a minimum of four guests and a $60 booking commitment. If there are fewer in your party, simply reserve as a party of four. A flat rate of $80 books any group size from six to twelve.

Pac Heights is a street-car inner suburb that was spared the destruction of the Great Fire and has always had the means, even in lean economic times as these, to see projects through to completion.
You'll come away with an understanding of San Francisco's
• principal architectural styles, and how to identify them and spot which elements are and aren't original;
• application of historic preservation principles to create a more livable city;
• successful transition from a manufacturing economy to a service- and tourism-based economy
Length of tour ranges from 90 minutes to two hours depending on the interest and ability of the group. An additional gratuity amount payable at the competion of the tour is appreciated but entirely optional.
